Tantan

This is a famous Hachioji ramen restaurant, one of the local ramen restaurants. As the name suggests, it is located about 10 minutes from Hachioji Station. Hachioji ramen is a clear soup based on pork bones (chicken bones may be added depending on the restaurant), flavored with soy sauce, and made with medium-thick straight noodles. The toppings are basically simple, but the distinctive feature is the chopped raw onion. The restaurant's ramen also looks simple, but the soup is very flavorful, with a hint of sweetness, and many customers finish it off with a taste that lingers in the mouth. The chashu pork comes in two types, loin and belly, and both are tender and juicy, with a sweet fatty flavor that is also delicious. The seasoned egg is half-boiled and tender inside. Simple but well-balanced ramen. Since this is a popular restaurant, you may have to wait in line for a long time, so we recommend that you come early.

八王子ラーメンの名店「タンタン」さんで、念願の大盛チャーシュー麺をいただきました！ ​並んでも食べたい！至福の一杯 休日の14時頃に伺い、30分ほど待ちましたが、店先で漂う芳醇なラーメンの香りが期待感を高めてくれ、待ち時間も苦になりませんでした。 ​スープと麺の完璧なバランス スープは、魚介ベースの醤油に、程よくオイリーで深みのある味わい。ほのかに感じる焦がし油の香ばしさがたまりません！ 麺はツルツルとした食感で、スープをしっかりと持ち上げます。啜っても啜っても飽きがこない、最高のバランスです。 ​贅沢な2種のチャーシュー チャーシューは、トロッと柔らかい豚バラと、肉の旨味がぎゅっと詰まった豚ロースの2種類が楽しめ、大盛りにするとその贅沢さが際立ちます。 ​八王子ラーメンの主役「玉ねぎ」 途中でシャキシャキとした辛みのある刻み玉ねぎをスープに溶かし込むと、パンチが加わり、最後まで美味しく味変が楽しめます。 ​並ぶ価値のある、まさに八王子ラーメンの「お手本」のような一杯でした！定期的に通いたくなる、最高のお店です。ごちそうさまでした！
